The Pirate's Nest is located on one of the northernmost Western Ring Islands. The Nest is actually an elaborate system of caves at the foot of a dormant volcano. These caves open out onto a secluded cove, which is only accessible from the ocean by traversing a narrow channel of water that passes through a tunnel carved out of the granite cliffs. To date, the Pirates' Nest has not been discovered due to the fact that at high tide the tunnel is almost completely submerged underwater and is invisible to all but the most observant eyes. The Nest is home base to a wide variety of smugglers and ne'er-do-wells. The inhabitants run the gamut from Seacrafters down on their luck to cutthroats, murderers, and exiles. None Maps/Charts/Etc.
