The Ithaca Smithcraft Hall was constructed shortly after the founding of Ithaca Hold in Turn 35. The Hall is actually a complex of buildings rather than a single Hall, and these are situated at the mouth of the Ithaca River where it flows into the harbor. Furthest upstream is the main building. It sports a water wheel, which manipulates the gears and machinery inside, including a bellows and a forge. Other buildings scattered around the courtyard include one for glass smiths, metal smiths, and wood smiths. The woodsmith hall is the newest addition and the building furthest from the complex. A path leads from it to the upland acres of newly planted trees. A large hall sits right at the edge of the harbor, and is connected to the quays and walkways where Ithaca's ships, as well as those visiting the hold, are moored. This hall is used for construction and storage of the large metal sheets that protect ships at sea during Threadfall. None Maps/Charts/Etc. None Last Updated: 09/17/2004 |
