Name: Nirama Age: 17 Gender: Female Rank/Craft: Gold Weyrling Residence: Ithaca Weyr Description: Nirama stands 1.73 m (5'8") tall and growing up in a seacrafterhold hadn't given her strong arms and shoulders. Her body structure has been slim, but is now starting to fill out with womanhood. Her eyes are blue grey, like rain clouds can be, and her hair is dark copper colour. Personality: Nirama is an outgoing type of personality, rarely shy and most of the time friendly, but like the prettiest flower, she too has thorns and is not afraid to use them if need be. She's intelligent and witty; intelligent enough to stay out of trouble - both as the victim or the troublemaker - but she's also adventurous at times. Nirama likes to look after people she thinks need it (even if they don't) and generally take care of everyone important to her. She dislikes being ignored and not taken seriously, and can also be a bit vengeful at times. Romance is her weak spot though she wouldn't admit that even on the threat of being Threaded. Background: Nirama was born ten Turns after her closest sibling, Z'nyl, being something of a surprise child to her parents. She grew up in Low Tide SeaCothold with her cousins and other relatives, but was eventually fostered to her aunt living in a larger Hold, in the hopes of becoming a dolphineer. However, when she was Searched, she didn't hesitate one moment to leave for the Weyr, where she stayed even after failing to Impress. Nirama played a major part in introducing Stavan to Z'nyl. Because of the many friendships she had developed during her stay, Nirama was a bit apprehensive about leaving for a completely new Weyr that had been opened up on the Western Continent, but as her friend, Marokah, was Searched the same time she was, Nirama agreed to go. The two friends both Impressed at Ithaca, M'rah was found by his own blue while she found her beautiful gold, Kullath. The baby queen's arrival to her life has overturned Nirama's world, but she couldn't be happier... except, well, maybe if Kullath just behaved a little better sometimes... Dragon's Name: Kullath Color: Gold Age: Less than a Turn (IW36-2) Age of Rider at Impression: 17 Description: Bright shimmering gold, Kullath's hide is of course as of yet unmarred by any scars and she takes pride in this, as if it was all her doing. She is quickly growing out of the 'baby build' of a dragonet, as she should at almost half a Turn of age. Anyone pointing out that strictly speaking Kullath's tail is a bit too long for a perfectly proportioned dragon, will work as a target for her to practice 'queenly haughtiness' on. Or just introduce them to her tail more closely than they intended. Personality: "I know what I want and I want it now." Kullath often acts like a spoiled brat, especially when she decides to be difficult just for fun, and this causes her and her rider to butt heads occasionally. Not above teasing her fellow clutchmates or anyone else present, Nirama included, Kullath could be seen as a problem child, if not for her big heart - which usually manifests right after she has teased someone into tears or their draconic equivalent. Nirama hopes that in time the young gold will learn to think before she acts on an impulse. Pet Name: Sikura Pet Species: Firelizard Pet Color: Green Pet Description: For a green firelizard, Sikura is remarkably sensible. She has mastered the art of delivering messages, and comes when called. She has also trained her Impressed humapet to feed her twice a day - plus give the occasional tidbit - and bathe and oil her at least twice a sevenday. Sikura is not quite certain what she should think about this great golden beast that has suddenly claimed so much of Nirama's time, but she is determined not to let the dragon behave badly; a gargantuan effort for the little green.
